The center offers activities and services for all age groups and levels of fitness. Our comprehensive exercise facility includes basketball and racquetball courts, indoor and outdoor tracks and volleyball courts, an aquatic center, group exercise classes, free weights, cardio equipment, selectrized machines and a women’s only area.
Because we believe that fitness is a lifelong race, our mission is to provide a fun, safe environment for exercise; to support, educate and challenge individuals of all fitness levels and body types; and to train and encourage all participants each step of the way.
