Because we believe that fitness is a lifelong race, our mission is to provide a fun, safe environment for exercise; to support, educate and challenge individuals of all fitness levels and body types; and to train and encourage all participants each step of the way.


Class Descriptions

Step Expression- Get ready to sweat as you express your unique style in this creative class using the Step platform! Burning calories has never been so much fun!

Slammin’ Step Mix- Get a great workout with this energetic class that uses easy to follow combinations on and around the step platform. 

Double Trouble-
The fun factor in this double format class is contagious! ½ the class is floor aerobics- you choose high impact or low impact, and ½ the class is step.

Muscle Pump'More- Two workouts in one! Get the total body conditioning you want as well as the HI-NRG cardio you crave! A muscle pump class w/alternating cardoi segments.

Muscle Pump- Work your entire body in this conditioning class designed to increase strength and muscle tone. Sculpt and re-define your body using a variety of equipment including resistive bands, dumbbells, stability balls, and the Body Bar.

SilverSneakers- This is a chair based class focusing on muscular strength and range of movement


Young @ Heart-
This low impact, low intensity, floor aerobics class is perfect for our active and ageless senior population.

Young @ Heart Yoga-
Yoga geared to the senior population with specific emphasis on improving balance and increasing flexibility.

Yoga Flex-
Participating in this class will reduce the risk of injury; increase strength, improve posture, breathing, flexibility, and relaxation as well.

Piloga
- Get the total body benefits of both Pilates and Yoga in this fantastic fusion class.

Pilates Power Time- Tone and strengthen your entire body with emphasis on the “core” (abdominals and back) in this mat based class

Zumba - Groove and move to energizing Latin music in the hot new class that combines fun Latin dance steps with familar fitness moves,  If you want "something different" this is the class for you!

Spinergy- Enjoy the ride of your life as you jam to great tunes in this energetic, fat burning group cycle class that utilizes interval training.

Sunrise Spin
- As the sun rises, so will your heart rate in this early am group cycle class. Work with resistance and speed to get your heart pounding and calories burning!

Spin Sweatshop
-Get ready to work in this exhilarating group cycle class. As you progress through a series of jumps, runs, climbs, and more, one thing is for sure-You will sweat!

Spin Party-
Fun and fitness mix in this entertaining group cycle class. Maximize your caloric expenditure as you challenge yourself to push through a series of cycle drills and sets.

Ultimate Spin
- Strengthen your heart as you blast calories in this lively group cycle class that enables you to experience a mixture of different rides- the ultimate workout!


Krunch ‘n Kore-
10 minutes of challenging abdominal and back exercises designed to strengthen and tone your body’s support system, the “core.”

Cardio Mix
-This class is a fun-tastic mix of different classes. It includes a variety of strength and cardio formats.

H.E.A.T.(High Energy Athletic Training)- Unleash your athletic potential with this hot workout that combines sizzling athletic and kickboxing moves with high energy drills.

Fit F.L.O.W.(Functional Link to Optimum Wellness) Check out this great new fusion class that will lead you to optimum wellness through increased flexibility, advanced cardiovascular fitness, improved balance, and enhanced muscular strength as the class flows through a combination of any of the following: Pilates, Yoga, Tia Chi, low impact cardio and strength exercises.

Ripped Cario This multi format class is a great way to change your workout and break plateaus! Different forms of calorie burning cardio mix with muscle conditioning  exercises to give you a challenging workout that promises results!

All of our Group Fitness classes are suitable for all levels of exercisers. Choose the intensity and impact you want by modifying the moves to suit your needs.
