The Huguley Fitness Center Aquatic Center offers many options for those who prefer to exercise in the water. Classes are held during the week, and special hours are set aside for family swim time and for therapy and lap swimming. Therapy sessions and arthritis classes are also offered, along with water aerobics and seasonal swim lessons (see further information in Swim School).

The Silver Sneakers Fitness Program is available to individuals who belong to the participating Medicare health plans or Medicare Supplement carriers. Those plan members are given free memberships to the Huguley Fitness Center. Click here to learn more about the Silver Sneakers Fitness Program.
