Mission Statement
Because we believe that fitness is a lifelong race, our mission is to provide a fun, safe environment for exercise; to support, educate and challenge individuals of all fitness levels and body types; and to train and encourage all participants each step of the way.

Class Descriptions

Aqua Buff N' Tuff-A class consisting of various water exercises that targets endurance thresholds. Leave this class feeling stronger, leaner, and more agile! 
 

Aqua Core N' More - A water aerobics class with an emphasis on core conditioning along with aerobic exercise to improve both stregnth and posture. Walk away feeling energized!


Aerobic Express - A water aerobics class lasting only 45 minutes, designed for those with little time for exercise. This class may be short on time, but long on benefits.  

Cardio Currnets - Make waves in this awesome water class that uses simple combinations that carry you around the pool while getting a great cardiovascular workout!

Cardio Tsunami - Join this class for a combination of punches, kicks, muscle conditioning, and other traditional water exercises leaving you feel toned and empowered.

Hydrofababulous - An energetic, fun, and challenging cardiovascular workout that utilizes various water resistance equipment for an optimum workout.

Interval - Alternating segments of aerobics and strength training designed to break workout plateaus.

Stretch and Move - A low impact, low intensity workout that follows the MS guidelines for exercises and includes additional balance and flexibility training.

Ultimate H2O - A class that targets aerobic fitness as well as muscular endurance.

Wet N' Wild -
A low impact water aerobics class that includes both upper and lower body movements.
